After we have submitted your order to the courier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control, and you must contact the carrier directly to obtain more information regarding delayed shipments. Misty Mountain Trade & Consulting Inc. is not responsible for losses resulting from these delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We use a service that chooses from a variety of different couriers so that we can offer you the best rate and the fastest delivery time for your order. Once your order has shipped, you can request a tracking number. As soon as your package is taken into the courier's care, only the courier can provide the latest location updates for your parcel, as we are no longer in control of the package. You can check on your parcel's delivery time-frame by looking it up on the courier's website.
